I am the owner of Den-Wil Inc, and we assuredly do not want to take your security deposit. It is very important to us to return security deposits to tenants, and I am quite sure that we return a higher percentage of security deposits back than almost any company you will find doing what we do. Cleaned the whole apartment before leaving and was charged $500 for them to reclean everything in the one bedroom Appt. Overall the people were nice but they will take your whole security deposit no matter what the state of your Appt is in.
