If Hometown TIre makes a mistake on their work, don't expect them to follow through and correct it. My car was in their shop 6 times for the same issue (power steering), and they were not able to fix the issue. Then they just GAVE UP. The last time my car was in the shop it was parked there for over a week, and they never even looked at the car once (I guess the owner knew he was having to look at it for free). TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL, I was very disappointed. The owner even started to YELL at me when I asked why my card hadn't been looked at. He made excuses, excuses I had never heard before, ones that he never bothered to call me with and explain.
