Established in 1978, Royal Plastics Inc. is a custom injection molder of thermo plastics. Based in Brookings, S.D., the company molds parts ranging from small gram weights up to two pounds. It produces over 1,300 products for more than 200 customers throughout the United States and Canada. The firm serves a host of markets, including fenestration, electrical, computer, recreational, agricultural, furniture, home construction and industrial firms. Royal Plastics Inc. creates new molds as well as modifies existing molds from its 46,000-square-foot facility. It utilizes water chillers, thermal care cooling tower systems, material conveying systems and granulators.
