We had a hard drive fail on us Monday. We took it to Paul on Tuesday and he had all of our data back on Thursday. Paul was extremely fair with pricing and provided exceptional service. Don’t hesitate to work with him and the team at PC Nerds!

I dealt exclusively with Paul. I expected to bring my computer to him but he said he could come to me that same day (no extra charge). Paul was about 30 minutes late but he called twice to let me know he was running late. That was fine, he was squeezing me in on short notice. Paul was personable and professional. Just a nice guy, hard-working, and definitely knows what he's doing. He was thorough in explaining the problem and what he was doing. He had given me an estimate over the phone and stuck to it. He stressed that the new parts were warrantied and that I should not hesitate to call if I encountered further problems.My computer's running great. The part he put in is an upgrade from the original and the computer is noticeably quieter. The price was more than reasonable.
