The owner/watch repair guy at the store (Avi) is absurdly impolite, arrogant and outright rude in demeanor. Went to get a hand replacement on an old Seiko and the guy tells me it’ll take 3 days and $30. I’d still take that offer but upon asking a few questions and trying to make a conversation he ends up being disrespectful with statements like “do you not hear what I say”. Frugally repairing watches is one thing and doing good business is another and Avi here is a perfect example of neither. Thanks for nothing bud.

UPDATE: I got all the tools necessary (a full watch repair kit) for the hand replacement and did it myself in less than an hour and way under the cost this man quoted. I also changed the strap and crystal with other tools in the set. Plus I can now work on/mod my 13 other watches whenever I’d need. Thanks for getting me into a new hobby Avi!

My wife and I came into this shop for a battery change. They were quick to take care of the repair and also gave me an estimate on my Rolex Submariner. They charged me half off the normal price of full service and repair on my Rolex and did a great job to boot. Great local shop!
