I purchased a 2014 Impala LT in September of 2013. The staff at Premier were courteous and professional. The purchase process was clear and painless. I currently have 16k miles on the car and have had it serviced several time by Andy and the service group. Andy has been helpful and easy to work with. I travel three weeks of the month and have the opportunity to drive a full array of vehicles. I was initially impressed by the extraordinary model upgrade that Chevrolet made to the Impala and after a year of driving the vehicle I have been completely satisfied with my initial decision to purchase the Impala.
