All the employees are helpful and friendly, since this store has opened ive had nothing but good experiences.

So yesterday, I go into this brand new store to get a new battery. I told them before I cut my car off that my battery wasn't good and if I could get them to test and replace it if it wasn't salvageable. So this guy comes out and checks it then begins to sell me this battery. Before I swiped my card to pay I asked, "How long is it gonna take to change it?". That's when this guy tells me it's to hot and he would have to get approval to go outside in this heat. I was very upset because this guy just went out on the heat to test my battery. Rain I can understand but heat. You have a job that requires you to be out in the heat. So I ask for the manager and she's standing there already and watched the whole conversation transpire. Then she goes "we can give you a jump. So this same guy gives the jump". For the length off time he did spend in the heat, Advance auto parts was able to change my battery without any complaints in like 10mins.
