They don't follow up after they bring a client to see the apartment. The landlord needs to know if they liked it, what they didn't like or if for whatever reason they do not want this particular apartment. Feedback is very important to the landlord.
I called the broker for this information and the phone says that he cannot accept calls at this time. I called his office and I get voicemail at 10:00 am. This is not the way to do business.
