This is one of the worst experiences. The wait is over 2 hours. The staff are impolite and the response from the team in response to questions about wait time or your visit in general is terrible! Sorry to say this but i would not advice anyone to come here. I am writing while waiting. I have an 11 a.m. appointment, it is 1:30 p.m. and i am still waiting to be called. Inspite of explaining that i have been waiting over 2hrs. Unfriendly unprofessional!

RUN! Don't even think of giving this Dental office a chance as they are "NOT" experienced or even know how to perform a simple cleaning. I found Smile Cafe on Park Avenue on Zoc Doc located in Manhattan that accepts all insurance 212-779-7743. They were above & beyond professional, taking me promptly outstanding service able to get a cleaning in the same day of consultation.

Crowded like a welfare office, only 2 couches, dirty atmosphere, very bad hygiene and rude service. Got an infection from dirty instruments. Do yourself a favor and stay away. I should have known better to see a dentist that shares its office with a foot doctor inside a mall.
