Andrew Sorrentino was professional in helping me deal with another funeral home in Brooklyn, refused to honor their agreement with me. With his great organizational skills the funeral for my husband was quite dignified. When it is my time I will make arrangement for him to handle it.

When other families that needed his attention Andrew was kind and patient with each of us.

After having a terrible experience with another funeral director, Andrew restored our faith in the professionalism of funeral directors. He extended the respect, courtesy, care and concern that was needed at this time. Andrew went above the standard in helping my sister after she had to have her husband's body moved from another funeral home. The time he took to explain costs, practices, needs and arrangements was so helpful and easing during a terrible time.
