Very bad service.The lady that takes the orders for the formulas was very disrespectful.She attempted to force me to take two flavours of neocate splash formulas that I specifically told me my child not longer drink.She promised me that the changes will be made she even said I will give you the yellow box and send the extra next supply. I called in advance 4 weeks prior to the placement of the order called two days after the last set was deliverd but she never made the changes insisting that I have to take the flavors because they have extras lol extras.i told her I as the parent have to advocate for my child she stated "it doesn't matter because you're not listening to me when I said to take the order.I was dumbfounded, to resolve the situation I told her that I trusted her word that she will made the changes and I did my part as the consumer she stated she really don't care because I have to take the supplements. I tooK IT to another level and said we have to work as a team for the patient and I trusted her during two conversations for the patient she said don't care about you trusting I don't want to have this conversation and that she doesnt care about any trusting relationship I insisted that I speak to Mr Williams the supervisor she stated that she don't know I said that it's important that I know she said she have no time to waste and hung up the phone.My daughter doesn't have her formula for alergic esophagitis . Very disrespectful and showed no empathy for the patient needs.
