I own a 2002 CLK 430 Mercedes that had never been serviced by anyone other than the dealership. When the air conditioner was not working properly and the dealer had no time for me, I ventured into Bay Diagnostic and to be honest, I wish I had found them sooner. The guys there cared more about, and knew more about my car than the dealer. I will not get my car serviced anywhere else. And the price was fair and the work was great. I highly recommend these guys!

I am very please with Bay Diagnostic I have taken my car there for several years. They are professionals and their work is always good they keep my 1996 Ford in good condition. I will not take my car to any other Auto Repair Shop, Bay Diagnostic is the best.

I was having some trouble with my car so i decided to take it her since I couldn't make it to my mechanic. Big mistake. They didn't fix the problem with my vehicle. It is still using up coolant. They clearly did not test the car.

My warranty expired and I didn't want to pay exorbitant dealership fees. I sought out a shop that I could rely on to maintain my Volkswagon CC, and decided upon Bay Diagnostic after receiving a promotional card in the mail. I wasn't disappointed. My first impression was quite positive as I pulled into the garage, it was immaculate. From that point on Bay Diagnostic proved to be a great choice. From the friendliness of the staff to the professionalism and quality of the work performed, I was very much impressed and relieved. I would unequivocally recommend Bay Diagnostic to anyone seeking a reliable, professional and trustworthy automobile repair shop.

I needed some repairs to my Land Rover Discovery and had always had them done at Manhattan Auto Group where I brought my truck. But they wanted something like $4000 for two items to repair. So I held off and got a flyer in the mail about Bay Diagnostic. It intrigued me but was skeptical. It was about 6 months later that I decided I had to do something as other problems popped up. Called them up to make an appt. but they told me just bring it on in. Came to shop, explained the problems, was amazed at the ease of dropping off my truck.



At the dealer always felt like I was inconveniencing them especially with the stuck up checkout women. Got the call my truck was ready which was faster than I anticipated. Got the bill and was floored...it was considerably cheaper. Where the dealer wanted to charge me $4000 for changing O2 sensors and gaskets, Bay changed all that, fixed my rear light and a few other things for a grand less. Folks are upfront, easy, explains clearly what's wrong and are much more cost effective for me know. Prior to Bay, I was going to sell my Rover but now it I have a place to go to with losing my shirt.

I have a car that is not easy to fix (Mercedes Benz). A lot of mechanics do not know what they are doing with these cars. Bay Diagnostic always finds the problem. Other shops don't even know the name of the part...I would highly recommend this shop, especially if you are coming off a dealer warranty and want equal service.

I have a 2003 Toyota Avalon and brought it to Bay Diagnostic for a timing belt, water pump, and all gaskets and seals that are involved after they take the engine apart to get to the timing belt. Although the car was running well, I had just clocked 100K miles and knew that a timing belt was recommended at 90K so I thought that discretion is the better part of valor. Alan at the desk took car of me, and I spoke to Jordan before they did the work. I dropped the car off at the shop, went away for the weekend, and picked up the car at the agreed time. I first priced the work at the Toyota dealership, and Bay was a few hundred dollars less. The car is riding well, and I feel that they exhibited a professionalism that I appreciate as a consumer. I hope to get another 100K on the car:)

Was having trouble with my car battery and there are several auto shops near Bay Diagnostic but they were the only people professional enough to go 8 blaock to help me start my car and get me a new battery. Very Friendly and a Great help i highly recomend this shop to all car owners in my area.

I was referred to this shop from my mechanic due to an issue with my supercharger system which we couldn't diagnose. We finally determined my fuel trims needed to be reset before we could move forward but there aren't many shops which can do this. I found a few shops with Snapon Motivs but they could only read my trims (1996 M3) but not reset them. Finally the guys here at Bay Diagnostic did exactly that. Friendly, quick service and it's a nice, clean shop to boot. They definitely gave me a good deal and I'd certainly recommend them to anyone, especially if you need higher end diagnostic and ECU work done which they can do using their BMW-specific equipment like the Autologic and BMW GT1, not many shops have this equipment so they're definitely an asset to the Long Island/NYC BMW community.

I am a woman who is not well versed in all things car, specifically with my BMW. That is why I always head to Bay Diagnostic for my repairs, inspection, etc. I trust that I will not be taken advantage of and that I will receive top of the line service. The entire team is profesional, honest, courteous and helpful. I higly recommend entrusting your vehicle with Bay Diagnostic.
