Unlike any reviews I've read on their website, I do not agree with some statements made. I found this office to be very helpful, thorough and knowledgeable. Front desk person, Sophia was patient with me and explained all aspects of how my insurance works and what to expect. I love their recall system, Dr Thierbach is patient, down to earth personality and seem to be concerned with all my needs and fears. They are a new family I found in Brooklyn.

Dr. Thierbach has been my excellent dentist for many many years. I first became her patient maybe 8 -9 years ago in Lower Manhattan, and have chosen to follow her in her Brooklyn practice, even though I live in Manhattan. It's worth it, because of her precise, caring, reliable, medically sound, technically superb, communicative, ultra sanitary dental treatment. Without any reservation, I totally recommend her; she's professional and even charming. So is her very accessible, polite staff. Cleanliness abounds, prices seem on the lower end of current rates, and, I just even cannot imagine a better dental experience than with Dr. Thierbach. 5 stars!
