We patiently waited over an 1hr and 30 minutes for our food! We only saw the waitress twice until she served us. We couldn’t even flag her down to ask when our food was coming. We asked the greeters if they could find out what was going on, but they just kept on assuring us our food would be coming any minute. When we saw our waitress come out of hiding after the first hour, she seemed distracted and apologized. Thirty minutes after that, she walked by us again, and totally ignored us—even though we were waiving her down. Most people would’ve left after an hour, but we already felt like we’d waited so long we might as well wait until she came back. When the waitress finally came with our food she simply apologized and went on her way. Most resturants would’ve offered a complimentary drink, or something to smooth over such an exaggerated wait—but this restaurant offered nothing. It’s a shame since the food here is actually pretty good. Unfortunately, while we were eating a fight broke out between two staff members outside the restaurant, and it was completely visible to everyone inside. I haven’t been back there since.
