the phone service is horrible, I call and call and the automated voice comes on and you never get through. Eventually I have to get in my car and drive there in order to make an appointment or get the information that i need. I have been trying to get my son's completed physical back and everytime i go there they say they can't find it or the doctor is not there to sign the physical. this is my 3rd day trying to get the physical and I am calling once more without an answer, so once again I have to drive there to find out that its still not completed. This is a shame because I do like the doctors but its difficult trying to get an appointment. I too agree that the front desk people are rude but on more than one occasion i had to tell them about it and reported them to the center director. There are a few that are really nice but that's because I have gotten to know them over the past 10 years.

I am not sure what the above user is talking about. Maybe she had a bad day or it was just busy. The staff know you by your name on your next visit and are very polite. The doctor took her time with me and answered all my questions that I had. The nurses were very polite and concerned with my high pressure. I would recommend this center to anyone. Sometimes you have a problem with the phone system but patience is a virtue.

The service was very poor. The wait time was ridiculously long and the staff was unprofessional and discourteous.
