I have been living in the area for 5 years and have ben moving around to find a place that suits. Carnegie Managment has met all expectations. The apartments are beautiful, you get much more value than what u pay. most of all, They are tenant friendly!!!



Ignore the bed-bug issue as thats an old story. Since I've been living there I have never had a problem with that and according to my neighbors the landlord extermiated the building making it a clean friendly place.
