There are ample working washers and dryers. I've never had to wait for either one. The staff is not very helpful here. Trying to find the staff is sometimes a task in itself. Report a problem to them and see how long they take to assist. Once told someone the bathroom door was locked and I needed to get in. Took me walking by him multiple times hoping to get noticed to finally have the door unlocked.

Once and Ive been back since this incident (because I felt the washers at the other place didnt wash long enough) the card machine was not accepting any bills or cards and this problem was reported to the staff on site. He told us it happened before and to give it 5 minutes, after 15 minutes and a few complaints he called the manager because his tapping on the keyboard was not yielding results. He reported that the manager said he'd be here in another 15 minutes. After another whole 45 minutes I came to my senses. I'm in Brooklyn, there must be another laundry service close by. I had to unload my clothes pack them back up and trekked two blocks and sure enough I found another spot to wash my clothes.

Also I've used the 80 lb washer and the 60 lb washer started them at the same time on the same settings and the 80lb machine finished 5 minutes before the 60 lb washer. I was thinking it would take longer since it was bigger and holds more, but maybe since it's bigger it's more powerful?

The place is clean but the workers are extremely loud and have very nasty attitudes, the bathroom is always broken or hard to open.
