The Law Office of Composto & Composto was founded in 1932 by the late Honorable Frank Composto. After years of private practice he served as Justice of the Supreme Court, Kings County, State of New York. His years of public service as a New York State Assemblyman and New York State Senator have been a hallmark of service to the community. This tradition of public service and devotion to the law have been passed down to his son, Frank A. Composto, who has been a principal with the firm for over 30 years, and to his granddaughter, Andrea F. Composto, also a principal, making her the third generation of members with the firm.Composto & Composto has based its legal practice on understanding our clients' needs and using that insight to meet their unique and ever-changing legal challenges. This has lead our firm through tremendous growth and today, we have evolved as one of the area's top law firms. Our firm has been devoted to litigation in all manner of tort liability, including but not limited to auto, premises, sidewalk, general liability, lead paint and first-party uninsured/underinsured litigation and arbitration. We also practice in the fields of commercial law, real estate, and wills and estates. For over 70 years, our firm and its predecessors have maintained its principle office in the Borough Hall section of Brooklyn, New York. We also have an office in Rockland County, New York. The years have also seen the firm expand in size and dimension with associates licensed to practice in New Jersey, Connecticut, Florida, California, District of Columbia, and with the United States Supreme Court.
