The worste servce in the whole brooklyn. I wait for car for 15 min - Did not show up. Receptionist was verrry rude and hung up the phone. Will neve use it again!

My reviews got deleted couple of times before... so reposting: Booked a weeding 2007 Escalate in August 2008 for 4 hours (paid about 1K). Limo came and it was a dirty 2002 Escalate truck (different configuration with no bride/groom sits in back) with driver in casual wear and a dirty limo (according to him he thought it is a bachelor party eventhough the contract clearly stated WEDDING). Company refused to change limos stating 2007 broke same morning. Note: There were other reviews stating same story that 2007 was ordered by 2002 escalate came. I was able to get a replacement limo by another company within an hour which was 2007 escalate. So, paid the second company. After all, Frank from Cosmopolitan refused to refund money and was just nasty. Bottom line: I took him to court, court ruled in my favor, Frank refused to pay court order, I was able to get my money through Shriff service with all the fees when they put a lien on Cosmopolitan coach bank account. Bottom line: The business that doesn't appeal court decision but rather refuses to comply by ignorance, is not a business. Also, they are known as Excalibur Extravaganza Limousines. Check BBB.
