Provided by YP.comThis gym is plainly dishonest ; The manager told me he would freeze my membership but never delivered and now I am being billed for 3 months and cant get away from these people. They place is full of people on cell phones and it is dirty and ugly.. Don't take a shower at Crunch if you are not prepared to fish out a few days worth of black hair from the drain... Nasty and expensive ! This have to be one of the worst gyms in the entire NY area.
