When you are talking about Management Company you would expect them to manage your condominiums, not with this D & D management Company. This company has been paying our water bill from 2013. The only thing that is happening is that our Condominiums are over $ 100.000.00 in debt. They did not notify any members of the board or any owners itself. The only time they did is when lien information come throw regarding our units. But they defiantly know who to increase common charges without any break down and explanation. Not even once anybody come or offered to come from this management and explain where our money go. They are crooks and this is the nicest thing that I could say to about them. I can go on and on how unprofessional they are of not returning phone calls and always being busy. I hope this message would be helpful to others and are looking to hire this company. DON’T DO IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
