I don't think the salon is too expensive. They carry better products than most of the other salons in the area. I have been to Eric and he is a good stylist. One problem is that he seems to be overbooked and behind a lot. I have waited for almost an hour when I had an appointment. It is not uncommon to go in for a cut and color with him and have to be there for around 3 hours. I think his work is good, but not that great. As far as the atmosphere, sometimes the music was way too loud and people that work there are loud, too. Eric always seemed professional....I am referring to the other workers. I no longer go there because the salon didn't "wow" me enough to stay as a client. I will pay well above what they charge, but I want to see the value in the work. I want someone to do something that I cannot do at home in terms of color and be able to cut my hair to flatter my face and work well with my type of hair. I just wasn't getting that at Delaqua. Having said that, I still feel they are one of the best salons in Bensonhurst, if not the best. I suppose I need better than what Bensonhurst has to offer.

Service isn't bad, but hairdressers are not professional.... Place is definitely overpriced. I guess the decorations are also included in the price... Very snobbish, but doesn't worth wasting time and money... Result is negative!

Georgian masseur Gosha is a pervert! The owner Alex did not do anything about it...





I have known this place for more than five years. Regularly visited their hair stylists, nail specialists and the masseur. You can imagine my shock when the masseur started "massaging" me in ALL inappropriate places. Trust me, it was not incidental. I could not talk about it for almost a year and the reason why i decided to speek-up is because the owner never fired the masseur. I have spoken to the owner (Alex) and he tried to promote some of his services for free. I could not imagine anyone touching me or being relaxed on a table. Lately I found that Gosha still has a job their. The salon is a "money making machine". Dont want to get my hands dirty by suing this place. It is all in God's hands now.
