I really enjoyed my shopping experience. I am a first time customer. I received recommendations from friends to try this place first. As mentioned, it was my first experience shopping for a pistol.
Frank was exactly as described. He's extremely knowledgeable, helpful and the opposite of a pushy salesman. He took his time explaining what I should look for. How to choose and all along being very helpful with his years of experience and knowledge in this maze of options.
He made sure that I was confident and comfortable with the new pistol. Demonstrating how to take it apart to clean and how to properly hold it and store it. I would highly recommend to make the trip to this store and enjoy the same experience I had.
Looking forward to be a customer and know-to-guy when I need help with choosing and selecting etc. For a long time.

This is an excellent store, a one of a kind establishment in Brooklyn. Walking in to this door transports you to another world where its is ok to ADMIRE a vast array of handguns, shotguns and rifles as well as beautiful blades of all shapes and sizes. (Hardly the norm in gun unfriendly nyc!) Additionally there is a full line of holsters, gun cleaning and maintenance equipment, hunting gear, blackpowder pistols and archery supplies. At the heart of it all is Frank, an experienced and honest expert who will help you choose the best firearm/gear for you. He will take the time to show you how to take down and reassemble your firearm and answer all your questions patiently. Definitely a great destination both to purchase and even just to admire his selection. Lastly, his prices are quite fair even compared to online vendors!

I bought a Mathews bow from D&F Brothers. All I can say is that I'm super happy with my purchase. I bought a package deal and its great, Frank knows a lot about bows and I'm very happy. I was very Happy with the Courteous & Helpful experience I had here. The owner really knows his stuff! Once I told him what I was looking for he took the time to show me what he had and never once tried to rush. I appreciate the time that he spent with me & my son even before he knew that he had a definite sale!

Very cool looking place, store keep acts as if the customer is a bother to him, I felt that every time I asked a question I was inconveniencing him in some way. I just went in to look at some archery equipment and he did answer my questions, but not before he gave a long exaggerated sigh, customer service skills need major improvement before I come back

I just purchased a bow and all the accessories from Frank. Frank was an expert regarding all aspects of archery and willingly and patiently answered all my questions and volunteered even more information I needed to know, considering archery is new to me. John sighted in my bow and made adjustments which he discussed in full. The bottom line is that they spent nearly two hours with me after the sale. Customer service was exceptional. I know where I'm going for any future archery needs. Thanks Frank and John.
