Horrible Landlord, he is not interested in the quality of life, of other people. my building never has any hot water in the winter. However ironically in the summertime the water is scorching HOT. 712 Crown Street is the worstest building to live at. If you want to wake up every morning, to smelling piss(urine) on the elevator, Drug dealer in the lobby area, cat calling in the evening hours think again... Hallways /corridors smell like shit and is never cleaned properly. Slippery substances on the floors, Stairwell beware, almost broke my neck one morning, because someone crack head spilled something that look like urine..
