The annex at 6309 Mill Lane Brooklyn, NY 11234 was an awful experience. My appointment for an MRI was for 12 noon. When I arrived there were a number of people already waiting. I figured that they had a few machines or did imaging besides MRIs. I was not called in for my MRI until 1:30. I waited for one and one half hours after coming on time for my scheduled appointment. This was totally unacceptable. While waiting I went into the men's room . A lamp om the wall that had some adhesive mounting had some of the adhesive coming loose. Numerous dead insects were stuck to this paper. So Number one have to wait ninety minutes. Number two the place was filthy. I'm trying to contact Doshi headquarters to report this annex but can find no contact. information. The location at 2475 Ralph Avenue around the corner has always been fast and clean. This annex looked like it was run by kids who couldn't stop their texting for a minute to help patients. I will never use this location again for any reason.
