Giant Car Wash SUCKS. They damaged my car twice. First they scratched the car - a really long fine scratch - because they drop towels and pick them up off the ground with dirt, debris, and gravel. They lamely shake the towels clean and then dry your car with it.



Today they scratched the trunk of my car (stupid me for going back). They stole a freaking "baby on board' magnet off the car. It did not fall off the car during the wash - I watched it go all the way through the car wash and out the other side.



I asked for a manager and the guy told me to file a police report. Giant Car Wash - Never Again.
