Established in 1982, The Gruss Life Monument Funds, also known as Gruss Foundation, provides scholarships to Jewish and supplementary high school students that enable them to further their education and enhances and strengthens Jewish secondary schooling in New York. It offers annual funding of more than $15 million to over 400 educational and philanthropic institutions, as well as nearly 100 interest-free loans of $500,000 each to Jewish educational institutions worldwide. The foundation provides funding for Yeshivot and Jewish day schools in New York City and Long Island, N.Y. The foundation provides secular education for more than 3,000 elementary school children in over 15 Yeshivot and Jewish day schools. The Gruss Life Monument Funds is located in New York City.
