Beware of the hair they sell -- may be rotten.

Bought a package of hair from this store on,
Sat., 11/25/17. Went to use it that evening to find it was rotten along the seam. Called the store on 11/27/17 and explained the issue to Jessica and asked for an exchange. Was told ok to exchange on Saturday, 12/2, as I live in another state.

Got to the store and was told because I opened the package she would not take it back as she could not resale it. Explained to Jessica she cannot resale the hair because it is rotten. She would not take the hair back and gave me an
800 number to call. Of course, no answer.

The worst customer service ever!
