I purchased a bike from them on ebay that was listed as NOW (new old stock) they did not ship it out until 3 weeks after I paid for it. I had to call several times to find out if they shipped it or not. when I finally got the bike it was well used with well worn tires, a dirty chain and cassette. I checked the chain stretch with a park chainwear indicator and it showed the chain had only 50% of its useful life left. I told him I would forgo any other issues with the bike (nicks and schratches on the frame) if they would replace the tires, chain and cassette but they refused. they only offered to give me a refund because they said they had another customer who was willing to pay more for it than I did their ebay feedback is well below standard
harvestcyclery is their ebay name extremely poor customer service and they don't return phone calls
