STAY AWAY!!! If you receive all of your furniture in perfect condition and exactly what you wanted then you're one of the lucky ones; HOWEVER, if you find something wrong with your furniture, anything (scratches, wrong pieces of furniture, wrong parts, etc.), they will give you the hardest time to exchange/return something (even though it's completely their fault), and if they get fed up with you, they will completely disregard your complaints (phone calls, etc). In addition to that, they lack any professionalism and all they care about is how much money they make of off you. They wait for orders from the same area that you live so that they can save money on delivery! PLUS You do not get any guarantee when you will receive your furniture and they don't communicate with you at all so you just have to live in the dark. (Note: If you want to pay with credit card, they will want to charge you more, because they have to pay taxes!) They have no idea about the meaning of customer satisfaction. I'm in the middle of trying to resolve problems with them and I don't know if I will have success. All I can do right now is warn others to stay away and don't make the same mistake I made by doing business with this company. Please do yourself a favor and go to other furniture stores that have a reputation and a customer satisfaction policy!!!
