A corrupt, vile company that is actively driving long-time, working class residents out of Brooklyn to jack up rent prices on formerly rent-stabilized units and buildings. Bed bugs throughout 315 Ocean Parkway. Filth in common areas including rotting bags of garbage filling the entire "back yard" and pool area, leaky roof, and very questionable and substandard conditions throughout the building. They hire the lowest-bidders for all work, including building "improvements," roof "repairs," pests and bed bugs - and claim that these maintenance expenses warrant "major capital improvements," thereby increasing rents above and beyond what they already increase each lease renewal - which is, of course, the maximum they can get away with. The management company actively ignores calls and emails, all with the clear intention of driving tenants out. This company is the definition of what is turning Brooklyn into a place where only the wealthy can reside.

Bed bugs in their building at 315 Ocean Parkway and has been that way for over a year and a half. They don't tell established tenants. Lack of repairs. Lobby has been under renovation for years. Communication between management company is never answered. Shady business practices. Avoid.
