Stay away! He is very unprofessional. He gave us an estimate on a big job (finishing the basement, redoing deck, and completing a sun room). He took 66% of the money over the span of 5 and a half weeks. He wanted weekly payments consistently, but the work was not completed as constant as the payments. Things that were supposed to be done 3 weeks ago, were not done. When he asked for more money, we told him that we will give him the next payment when the work that was supposed to be don’t weeks ago gets done. We were very honest with him, and explained to him that he has 66% of the money, and we don’t even have 50% of the work. He hasn’t installed tiles that he took money for 3 weeks prior, he hasn’t brought the decking that he took money for 5 weeks prior. And he hasn’t removed any of the trash and demo from our driveway. This conversation was 8/17/24. He said by Monday we will start to see real work, and never showed up again! He blocked me! Trash all over my house, work not completed., and lots of money in his pocket
