My building was in limbo because my previous landlord lost it to forclosure. These people completely ripped off me and the tentants in my 3family building. Because they didnt like the way he maintained the apartment, they illegally evicted a young man while he was on vacation. There was actually a warrant for illegal eviction put out for one of their owneres. Before they were approved for the building, they started collecting deposits and rent. When they didnt get approved by the bank the 1st time around, they didnt bothered returning any of the money they illegally collected. One of their execs even threatened to have my dog taken because I wouldnt agree to let them in my apartment when they wanted to do work. While I was outside speaking to them, they even had one of their employees try to assault me because I wouldnt let them inside. I spent about 3hours reporting them to the police a few weekends ago!
