I have never dealt with such a disgusting management company. My boyfriend and myself met the income requirements, provided personal information, and had someone willing to co-sign who had millions of dollars of assets in Brooklyn and they still wouldn't accept my application. I would never take an apartment in any of their buildings. Horrible people as well who are rude. Overall terrible company.

The previous review was by a tenant that was rejected for bad credit. He then presented a guarantor that was also rejected for bad credit. Instead of handling his rejection in an adult manner, he bypassed his broker, and consistently harrassed the office to get us to accept him, even though he knew we had rejected him. His bad reviews are nothing more than a vindictive lashout at this office.
