I had them install kitchen cabinets & granite counter tops approx 2 years ago. Horrible experience. Initial doors were all different colors. They had to order all new doors and all were installed uneven. Granite counter tops were a disaster. They mis matched the patterns and had to rip out twice. Now doors are shrinking so you can see the bare wood.

Horrible experience. wrong color was delivered, I kept it I was on a schedule. when I asked about the color, I was told in order to give a better price, he had to change the cabinets, why not tell a customer. I was in the store, picked dark brown traditional, when it was delivered it was like dark orange shaker style, completely different.



Its been a month since cabinets were installed, already cracked and draws don't close, very poor quality, already falling apart.

Had my Kitchen re done two weeks ago from this company. I am a first time home buyer on Long Island and searched for reputable installers/manufacturers and came across this company in Brooklyn. Install was perfect with zero issues. My family loves our new kitchen! Highly Recommend!!!!

We ordered cabinets from these so called "better quality" company from someone and when they came they were absolutely NOT what the seller told us they would be. Crap material stapled together and falling apart. None of the interior or exterior was painted (just plain beige flimsy thin plywood) and the doors were the only thing painted. We wanted to return them and spent weeks fighting with the seller who would not budge so he sent us to l and t the manufacturer who only had a bunch of workers yelling at us. They didnt speak english and just yelled at us and did not want to offer any customer service whatsoever so we waited till the "boss" got there which was worse because it was this really large man who cursed us out and almost hit me and my husband. Im pregnant and got scared he was going to get violent so we left immediately. Our biggest mistake was not paying credit and just disputing it. We now have to sue! Worst people to deal with

Ordered a kitchen over a year ago.... had issues with contractors. Asked the kitchen ppl to return money, they didnt!!!! So i said fine, install the kitchen anyway.... the initial install was MARCH 19.... They had to come back 2 weeks later on April 2nd and finish the install. They finished so late that I didnt even notice that the doors were chipped and broken, this is not considering the fact that they were installed unevenly. Finally, they promised to install new doors. The came back on May 10th and brought new doors that were again broken. A week later they scheduled to come back and my husband waited for them the entire sunday (10 hours) and they never showed up. Finally, June 28th, they were suppose to come back and never showed up. I was scheduled to meet with them at 10:30 AM at 1:30 PM I left because I was late to work for the 3rd time because of them. DONT USE and STAY CLEAR... They are a rip off company.... and honestly not that much cheaper then anywhere else shop around.
