The place is dirty. Washers only have one cycle and don't clean well. Dryers are set so low you have to dry your clothes for two hours to get them dry. Customer Service is HORRIBLE. You have to leave a deposit for a card to use their machine. They don't have any change so you need to bring change if you don't want to put a large sum of money on the card. If you want your deposit back for the card good luck with that. I ended up cutting the card in half and throwing it in the trash because I will never return here. Last time here the man sweeping the floor told me I had to stop taking my clothes out of the dryer and wait for him to sweep. After finishing sweeping he went over by the TV and watched Beyonce music videos for the rest of the time I was there. He couldn't have waited for the customer to remove their clothing from the dryer before sweeping? Watching music videos was more important than the customer removing their clothing from the dryer???



AVOID THIS PLACE! There are nicer places a block away on Schenectady Ave and a few blocks away on St Johns Ave and Atlantic Ave.
