Provided by YP.comCUSTOMER BEWARE!! I brought in an expensive down coat from Iceland that cost me almost $500. The coat was still practically brand new. When it was returned to me, it had faded spots all over it and the zipper was ripped out from its seam in one area.
When I brought it back to the place, the owner looked up my phone number and claimed that because this was my first time using them that I was trying to cause trouble and that when I brought my coat in, it already had all those damages. He claimed that I just wanted money when all I was asking him was if he could fix the damage on the coat.
First off, it was not my first time there. I was there one time before and he had cleaned my down comforter. He did such a good job on that, I thought I could trust him with my expensive down coat. I should have read the reviews on this place beforehand. I didn't realize he has a history of damaging or losing items and not taking responsibility for it.
Second point I want to make is that even if it was my first time there, why would that make any difference?! So if a customer uses a business for the first time and something goes wrong that automatically means that the customer is at fault?! That makes no sense!
Lastly, why would I pay to have a damaged and faded coat cleaned?! What am I going to do with a clean coat I can't even wear?! His whole argument made no sense!
Anyway, he refused to do anything for me and just screamed at me from the moment I came in. He was very unprofessional and rude. Mistakes happen and all I was asking was for him to take responsibility for his mistake and help me out by fixing the damage he caused. The conversation went nowhere and I was just being accused of wanting money and starting trouble. There was no point in continuing the conversation with him.
I urge you to please not make the mistake I did. Do your research on the place and listen to the reviews. I wouldn't want anyone else to go through what I went through with this business.

Provided by YP.comBeen going here for the past 3 years, all way fine. Probably spend about $300-400 yearly on dry cleaning. Never had an issue, always delivered on the day promised, in good condition. Fast forward to about a week ago, I dropped of 16 shirts (work shirts) and 2 (burberry) polos - asked them why are the shirts 1.50 each and polos 4.50 each, they explained that the process is different (obviously it was new to me) and I didn't have an issue. Shirts are expensive so why cheap out on the service?! 2 days later I go pick everything up and notice that one of the burberry polos has small holes around the sleeve stitching...I asked to which they say, sorry they cant do anything about it. accuse me of bringing it in damaged (to which I replied I obviously did not! polos were both bought this summer). before giving the polos in while speaking about why work shirts are $1.50 and polos $4.50 employee noticed that its a burberry and is expensive. So I know they knew the care they needed when cleaning (meaning it wasnt their first time with the brand). Didn't call when it happened to let me know, which was the right thing to do. When speaking to the owner, he got angry and loud, as if I did something wrong. I couldn't believe it. Didnt apologize, didn't offer a refund for the service of that shirt, overall complete jerks. I wouldn't recommend anyone dealing with them, there are 3 other dry cleaning places in 2-3 blocks. Why would you every be mean and accuse the customer, horrible customer service etiquette. 0 stars DO NOT GO HERE, CAUSE ONCE SOMETHING GOES WRONG THEY DONT TAKE ANY ACCOUNTABILITY, VERY IRRESPONSIBLE.

Provided by YP.comFor all future customer of this place. Be aware, this place is absolutely irresponsible and performing a very low quality job. If you do not want to be yield at and accused in something you are not guilty off, and do not want to be served like in third world country, never (I repeat) never come to this place. They went down in quality of customer service for the last decade. Please, before make any decision to go check other customer reviews. In my particular situation - they just ruined my very expensive pants. They didn’t do proper job and instead apology they rudely accused me in line and robbed me of my money and distorted my pants.
