First negative experience occurred when I called to schedule an appointment for an oil change. Upon advising them what make and model I had I asked if they had the oil filter in stock to which they assured me they did. After bringing my car in, they realized they did not have the oil filter in stock after all and I was forced to come in again just so they can complete the oil change!! At the second visit to this location, they rotated my tires. Apparently they weren’t aware that I had 2 different size tires (front and back) for my Rear Wheel Drive Car and so they put the BIGGER tires to the front! I drove like this for a few weeks not realizing why my car kept getting stuck in the snow and overall felt awkward while steering. Well suffice to say, this IMPROPER tire rotation has caused damage to my rear tires which are low profile and cost hundreds to replace! I went back to them and spoke to Brian Stein, the owner. Not only did he not take responsibility for my damaged tires but refused to offer an apology or an offer to rectify the situation other than simply rotating the tires back to how they were!! DON'T go there, total incompetence. They've been reported to Better Business Bureau.
