I sent my clothes to monster wash recently. They came back wrinkled , I didn't smell the softener (that I paid extra for ) and my whites weren't white anymore.They charge you to separate the clothes and they didn't. They ruin my clothes.They are costly.Whoever did my clothes did not know what they were doing.I just moved to the area.When I told my neighbor , she said I would never go there and told me to send to her place.What a difference it smelled great my whites were white and the folding was wrinkle free.and way cheaper too.

I will never send my clothes back to this place.They changed owners.The new owners are dirty can't speak english.I stopped in to see them.Its been a few weeks and the place looks dirty already.before you know it there will be bedbugs and roaches,

Excellent (and reasonably priced) pick up and delivery service. Clothes come back clean, well-folded and sorted. They save me a lot of time and grief and they always communicate when coming to pick up and later, to drop off. I use them weekly for huge bags and have had no problems.
