I worked in the New Dawn as A customer service, Dispatcher and a Yard Supervisor.

Some drivers don't know how to deal with children and not qualified to transport children. 70% they extremely late to school because they wait for a drivers to complete their run and then they send them to start a 2nd run. The 2nd run some times start after the session started in the school.

When ever they short drivers they send drivers who just work in the yard. some of these workers don't even carry New York State ID.

They don't maintain their buses. You need to ask your driver for his ID to make sure your child in good hand.

Be careful with this place. I helped a family member get certification to work here. She was told to show up for work on 9/4 --same as the other reviewer, Jeanette D, but there was no work for her. This place is the pits. It's not fair to play on people's desperation this way.
I regret sending her resume to this place. Please do not do business with them. They are not reputable. I am also filing a complaint w/NYS Dept of Ed.

Aside from them being late for pick up from time to time I have no complaints about this company any time I call they tell me exactly where my sons bus is his bus driver and matron are also very courteous and kind to me and my son I have there personal cell numbers in case of emergency all in all I would definitely recommend this company to others

HORRIBLE PARENTS BEWARE! They won't even tell you when the bus breaks down after picking up your kid. You will think your child is on their way to school, when that is NOT the case! They will be waiting on the bus for over 2 hours to get another broken down bus. This company is the pits, every day I have to call the office of pupil transportation to complain for lateness and the frequency of bus breakdowns. I HATE THIS COMPANY and HATE that I can't switch elsewhere!!!

I wish I could give negative stars. This company is vile, disgusting and has no respect or consideration for the citizens of the neighborhood it is occupying. They should be ashamed of themselves. They need to be shut down or just leave the vicinity.

New Dawn transit bus company is terrible. I've been outside waiting for the school bus for an hour, and they said my pick up time is 7:15-7:20. Thanks to the bus company, now I'm frequently absent, and this is a very big issue. I don't want to be on that bus anymore

It truly frightens me that this company has children on board while it is spewing black smoke all over our streets! These buses need to be inspected carefully and parents need to be aware of the toxins their kids are inhaling while in transit to school.

I wish i could rate them a ZERO but that option was not included!!



First off i was supoose to be working with them September 1st. All of a sudden they didn't have any work because they hired too many escorts! I should've not been without a job being that i applied before the summer started. They don't care about anyone but themselves!!



Very careless and very rude people. Not one person behind that desk is professional!!



They wasted my time. Do not waste yourss!!

Dawn is very disrespectful she threatened me on the phone because my resume was sent to her too many times because there was an error she told me if I don't stop the resume she won't hiring me ...but she wasn't the company I meant to send the resume too but it was sent there by mistake ...Dawn I don't need your job you can shove it ...I got a better offer
