If I could give it zero stars ...

If I could give it zero stars I would. This is totally a scam.

I bought a living social deal to get me from Newark to Manhattan (or brooklyn, or queens per the voucher)

I had 27 hours of travel time coming back from Japan, and THEN I had to deal with the fact that they didn't show up, and they didn't answer their phone.

From what I understand with these deal sites they usually pay out half the money of a voucher up front, so of course someone wanting to manipulate the system can just walk with the money.



LivingSocial luckily when pressed was willing to give me a actual refund, I would gladly use them again, albeit with a bit more research and trepidation.
