I would not recomment this cab serbvice to a soul, the cab driver was a half an hr late to start. I understood the orginal price but your service sucked it should be adjusted bc the driver drove in circles for another half an hr of traffic!!! Then i had to give him directions to my house, if I didnt know better I thght that was the purpose of being the drive.r I could have taken public transportation for cheaper and would have gotten home quicker and the cab driver was rude and disrespectful with my 6yr old daugther in the car. Tried calling his dispatch pointless they were just as rude and disrespectful as him. Then when i tried to tell him to let my child out so she won't be a witness to stupidity and I would stay to handle the dispute he double locked the doors and told me no! The freaking nerve. If it wasnt for the NYPD officer who explained ever thing to me in a nice calm and respectful manner. I would have rather spent the night in bookings then ever give them my money again! I would give them no stars @ all(It won't allow me to save the review if i don't, thats the only reason they get a star) and would advise ppl to just call another cab service all together!
