HAHA do no even try buy ANYTHING in P.C. Richards. I just call to service "advantage" 17182656400 ,to service my window AC ,that i bought 19 days ago and yesterday Mr. Greg Mazza at Bensonhurst P.C. Richards refused take it back ,even when is not working properly. But after my conversation with Angela from P.C. Richard & Son Service Advantage i know that they do NOT service AC's. Obviously the best spent $400 of my life. Unit was working 2 weeks ,and now P.C. Richards do not wanna take it back ,and will not service it. THANKS A LOT P.C. Richards and Son.
