Provided by YP.com***Do not use this Funeral home for your loved ones who have passed*** I unfortunately went through a God awful and disturbing experience with Park Ave Funeral home and how they treated the remains of my late Father. In addition, the funeral director provided awful customer service, disregard, and a complete lack of respect for the loss of my Father. I would have paid to NOT use them.
Mr.Fernando, I regret the "disturbing experience" you mention for the direct cremation requested by Park Ave. Funeral Home. It was your request for the cremated remains to be mailed to Florida, as opposed to a family member bringing them. Your concern about the condition of the outer most cardboard box (1 of 3 boxes; the innermost being hard plastic) was beyond my control and should have been addressed with the commen carrier.
