Got me a poochie 8 mos. ago. Everyone said "go to P&C". After 8 visits (why did I wait so long?!) I have to say.....this is a cattle-call! No matter how early I brought in my SMALL dog it was 3, 4 & the last time, 5 hours before I got him back. Last time I brought him in for a bath & trim @ 11:15 am. By 3:45 no one called. I walked in at 4pm: "He's on table now." and 20 mins. later she practically threw him at me! That means the whole grooming process took 25 minutes and for 5 HOURS he had no food no water no walk, living in a box 3' x 3' probably in his own feces! They just book and book and never say no. WELL, I'M SAYING NO-NEVER AGAIN!!
