worst company and customer service ever!
my digital hot water heater for my kitchen broke after 3 weeks it cost 92.00 and i had to pay shipping 20.00 for their bad product!
its been 6 months and no replacement or contact!
every time i call CS i get put on hold for over an hour and or get hung up on!
they have my money and my product in my book that is a SCAMMER!!!!!!
i plan to file a small claims suit in the next week!

I've enjoyed most of their products, really love the speaker that I purchased last week. It's really good and I can say that it is durable.
they also have great customer service and technical support representative to help me troubleshoot my item to connect with my amplifier. Especially most of their Items are budget friendly. I recommend this company because they provide good products and services.

Pyle Audio has a full repair facility right here in Brooklyn. Thay back their products with a full One Year Warranty that covers almost anything that can happen to them. It is nice to see a company that is there for their customer.

not happy bought 2 back up cameras one was bad bought 1 more camera and it was bad. not sure how long it will take to have them fixed and sent back but will see. hope to leave a nicer review later.
