Rebecca is that rare therapist who not only listens to what one is saying but also to what is happening in the moment. She has helped me be mindful of how I think and therefore relate to myself. I needed a course correction and that is what I am getting. Even a one degree change in the way one operates brings an entirely new trajectory. Rebecca has helped me produce results in my life. She has helped me break free from my already-always way of being. What more could one ask for from a therapist?
