I went to Ric's for a night out and bought one drink. The next day I saw a charge on my credit card for $80. I called and tried to explain the situation. The server I spoke with sent me a copy of the receipt and it was someone else's signature! She then refused to refund me the money even though this was clearly the establishment's mistake. She claimed she couldn't know if I was telling the truth....??? I've since had to file a claim of fraud with my bank. I'm appalled at how Ric's improperly handled my money as well as the situation.
