Well,lets start from that its been years i color my hair: black brown blonde again dark again blonde .... but never had a bad experience like this. First the hairstylist (not all of them) are rude, doNot listen to you about what u want. I was dark brown dreaming to go dark ash blonde (level6a) from level 5. After hair color remover i turned orange and already then i doubted about turning to dark ash blonde. SO my stylist colored me with number 7n which did not cover redish tones i had plus it was a Very BRASSY DISGASTING COLOR! I demanded a toner! So a colorist gave an attitude making me favor!!! He cut like4inches of my hair so it is very short now. Result: color -medium brown with REDISH TONES THAT I HATE!!! And the total price was$220.never go back again!!!

Salon can look really good especially on Brighton b. But the service? Front desk girls are very rude. Maybe becoz they are from Russia they don't understand what is business. Salon is expensive, and nothing special
