Oshri is a thief!- allow me to explain. In the beginning of august, I paid Shalmoni for an alignment. After I picked up the car, and paid them in cash, I noticed that my car still wasn't driving straight, so I called the shop, and was told that I needed a strut, and a spindle (but not that I would be getting a refund for the unnecessary service that was provided). I still have warranty coverage on my vehicle, but I wasn't sure if it would cover the strut and spindle. I decided to leave the car with Oshri at the end of August. I received a call from him 2 weeks later stating that he was going to replace a lower control arm which would make the car drive straight, I requested that he use Toyota parts. A week later he called me, claiming that the work was completed, and that I could come pick up the vehicle as soon as the warranty company sent him a check (although they have records of the check being cashed) . I got another phone call from him 2 weeks later stating that I need to pick up my car at the marshal, since it had been towed from his shop due to unpaid tickets. When I got the car from the marshal it had a few hundred extra miles on it, Oshri's personal items (Such as bank statements, food, and eating utensils), and an empty tank of gas (I had filled up a full tank 20 minutes prior to giving him the car). Not only did the car not drive straight, but it vibrates at high speeds, and my brakes are messed up. Oshri offered to do another alignment (which didn't help the problem). My Lawyer showed me that the vehicle had been picked up overnight, nowhere near the shop. Which leads anyone to the obvious conclusion that he was driving my vehicle without permission (after he had already cashed the warranty check). On numerous occasions, I brought my car into Shalmoni Auto Clinic for repairs. Never once did Oshry or his wonderful mechanics suggest that I make any unnecessary repairs just to fill their coffers! Ever since I started using Shalmoni, Oshry and the staff have been treating me like family, It feels good to be be able to walk into a mechanic shop knowing that your not going to get ripped off. I find it exceptional that Shalmoni sends me a reminder phone call that my car is up for inspection-thus saving me from getting a violation!

I have been using Shalmoni Auto Clinic for over five years now. Every time I call or bring my care into Shalmoni, Oshry gives me grade A service. No hassles, no rushing me or pressuring me into decisions. On the contrary, he lays all the cards out on the table and shows me how to make the most economic decisions with regard to the repair and maintenance of my vehicle.

I've always been skeptical about finding a new place to fix my car. Being new to the area it is hard to find someone you can trust. I had a great experience at Shalmoni and will diefinately take my car there again. Thank you Shalmoni.
